About us
Bang Bang Klang! (BBK) comprise of Ian Brusby, vocals and guitar, and Andy Rigler, vocals and keys. Founded in 2024 from a shared love of eighties synth music, the duo started performing in May 2025 after spending much time recreating the atmosphere of classic tracks from the likes of Gary Numan, Depeche Mode and Ultravox.
Both Ian and Andy come from professional music backgrounds, having first worked together in the late eighties, before their paths diverged with Ian eventually becoming based in Spain. Covid saw Ian return to the UK, reconnect with Andy and the project which turned into BBK commenced.
Prior to forming BBK, both Ian and Andy have performed thousands of gigs, across the UK and overseas, sharing the stage, and working with, artists such as John Entwistle, Gordon Giltrap, Steve Harley, Marillion and Thin Lizzy.
They are delighted to be sharing their love for the fantastic music of their formative years and invite you to follow along.
